Dealing with Workplace Bullying (half-day)

Basic awareness workshop that identifies what bullying is, the effects on people and organisations, types of bullies and the kind of workplace culture bullying thrives in. Options for people and organisations when dealing with bullying and harassment.

Creating a Bully-Free Workplace Culture (one day)

Basic awareness material plus working through the elements of a comprehensive and effective strategy for a bully-free culture.

Equipping Managers and Supervisors (one day)

Basic awareness material plus tools for managers and supervisors to effectively respond and create a preventative environment. Major focus on informal interventions and dealing with defensive behaviours.


Conducting Formal Investigations (half day)

Training on how to conduct a fair investigation process into workplace bullying complaints. Recognise the differences between informal and formal processes and have some practice dealing with difficult responses.

Equipping Contact Persons (two day)

Skills based workshop to equip and manage contact persons for their significant role in creating support at work.

Dealing with Inappropriate Behaviour at Work (two day)

Intensive skills based workshop providing informal approaches to bullying and harassment as well as tools to address conflict. Learn how to conduct a simple and effective mediation.

Handling Aggressive People (half day)

Tools and skills to confront and defuse aggression or difficult situations with customers or clients. Know what to do and what not to do.

Assessing Chronic Bullies in Recruitment (half day)

Understand the chronic bully, their strengths and weaknesses. Used with WAVE recruitment screening tool. It is better to screen out rather than try and remove a bully who is embedded in your workplace.

Trust Building Behaviours (half day)

Recognise the key behaviours that create trust and the behaviours that create distrust.

Developing a Team Code of Conduct (half day)

Workshop for teams that want to clarify behavioural boundaries and create options for addressing inappropriate behaviour constructively.

Anger Management (half day)

Know how to recognise your anger and process it effectively so you achieve the results you need.

Stress Management (half day)

Learn how to recognise your stressors, manage your stress levels and keep yourself safe and healthy. Includes deep relaxation exercise.
